Villa in Ibiza. Wonderful villa located in the south of the island of Ibiza, in Es Cubells area, close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island like Cala Xarcu, Es Torrent, Cala Jondal, Cala d’Hort and many more. On these beaches there are some of the best restaurants and beach clubs of the island like Yemanja and Blue Marlin in Cala Jondal, the Xarcu restaurant in Cala Xarcu, Es Boldado restaurant in Cala d’Hort and the excellent restaurant in Es Torrent beach.

The villa consists in 6 double bedrooms, 3 of which are in the main house, all of them are about 50 m2 with air conditioning, bathroom , 2 of them with jacuzzi, tv, cd player and safe. The other 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms have independent entrance and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all necessary appliances. Spacious living room overlooking the pool of 9 x 4 meters with plenty of sun beds and shade. The villa includes internet service and alarm.

From the villa there is a wonderful view of the sea and of the bay of Es Cubells and Porroig. The property is completely fenced with eletric gate entry. The villa was recently completely renoveted and it’s one of the best villa in Ibiza for the area and the stunning view.
