This house, located in an area of ​​total tranquility, is a 60,000m2 farm surrounded by fields and with the sea on the horizon. The house is completely renovated, with great taste and with all the comforts.

Common areas: The house is accessed through a porch with a Sabine roof. From this space there is access to one of the suites, the dining room and a third door that gives access to the kitchen. The kitchen is independent and complete. It also has a pantry room, where all the kitchen tools are stored and where the washing machine is also. There is a table for breakfast. From the kitchen there is access to the dining room, equipped with a high quality long table for 10 people.

The dining room is located in a separate room, very spacious, with windows and views of the countryside and the sea and access to the pool. It has several large sofas and a tv connection. The house has 3 double bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Another suite with a double bed, bathroom with shower and access to the pool terrace. And the third with two single beds. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub next to this room.
